I decided to celebrate CyberMonday, not by buying anything, but by making a NEW digital service available.

For anyone with questions on Digital Transformation, you can check out my new Digital Transformation Advisor, by ChatGPT.

This service is targeted at those folks looking to collaborate across silos on Digital Transformation. It can answer technical questions for the non-technologist and business/strategy questions for the technologist. Or at least that’s the intent. Check it out and let me know what you think!

Who do you know that could use a Digital Transformation advisor. Share it with them!

For anyone interested in the process of building one’s own ChatGPT, you can tune in to this week’s regular Thursday article to hear about the discussions I had with ChatGPT. And on a more practical level, here are some helpful hints that I learned the hard way:

  • It can be finicky, so I would suggest restarting your computer or clearing your cache before you begin

  • You cannot actually ‘gently’ adjust the logo, it will come up with something new when you make a minor adjustment

  • You can only upload 10 files, but those files can be big, so go ahead and merge any data you want to upload (up to the files size limit)

  • If you want to make it public, you need to have a website domain that you can use, otherwise you have to just send out links to anyone you want to share it with

  • The public verification can be problematic, mine still shows as pending, but it also seems to be available publicly

  • It is combining the data that you give it with other data sets it has. You need to help it understand how to interpret the data otherwise your data may be ‘drowned out’ by other perspectives

  • To use it, you have to have ChatGPT Plus, hopefully you already have that and are playing around with it, but unfortunately, I think this will limit adoption

I highly recommend both checking out my new ChatGPT and building your own. It's easier than you think!
